This journal could be titled "The Education of a 48 yro Wanna-be Graphic Designer." I want to learn graphic design and develop it as part of my digital videography business. I don't know how far I will get in the graphic design field, but I'm very eager to learn and work in the industry. I don't think I have a innate talent for graphic design, but I do have a passion for it. And think that's important.
I'm also an old-school political activist and idealists who thinks real justice and equality is possible. I think the concept of humanity (where people learn and teach one another how important it is that we take care of each other and the planet, despite our differences) is more important than believing in a non-existant god or outdated religions that keep us from realizing our true, often contradictory, humanity. I think we have a lot to learn from human evolution and what it means to be a human.
I'm specifically focused on my culture as man of African descent. I like to engage in discussions and activities that help my culture move forward and thus be a part of and at times be a leader in the world community of cultures.
So that's me. I'm always looking for like minded friends and sometimes people who disagree with me. So give me a holla and I'll write you back.
